Trailside Galleries & The Cowboy Artists of America
Trailside Galleries’ relationship with the Cowboy Artists of America began even before that organization was formed in 1965. Founding members Joe Beeler (1931-2006), George Phippen(1916-1966), along with Gordon Snidow were by then, established western artists represented by Trailside. In 1967, Ginger Renner- then owner of Trailside, helped set up the first Cowboy Artists of America gathering in Jackson, Wyoming, cementing a long-term relationship between CAA members and the gallery that continues to this day.
Over the past 50 years, Trailside Galleries has represented more than 30 current, former, and/or deceased CAA artists.
