MAY 8 IS WORLD MIGRATORY BIRD DAY!
This past year, many of us have turned to nature as a way to cope with the stress and anxiety brought on by the Covid Pandemic. Birdwatching in particular has become quite the pastime enjoyed by some 86 million Americans. Sitting quietly with a good pair of binoculars and observing our feathered friends can do wonders for the soul and spring is a great time to be rewarded by the sights and sounds of these beautiful and interesting feathered creatures.
To celebrate World Migratory Bird Day, and just birds in general, we are pleased to bring you a curated selection of wonderful avian subjects that range from beautiful songbirds to raptors, owls and wetland birds.
Please enjoy the selection of bird subjects shown on the following pages and we hope that you feather your nest with one or more of these intriguing bird offerings!
