Press release

Trailside Galleries is pleased to announce  its annual “Wildlife Discovery” exhibition and sale featuring all new works from an outstanding group of nationally known wildlife painters and sculptors.  The show will be available to view in the Jackson Hole, Wyoming gallery from February 17 through February 29, 2020.

The Jackson gallery has a long tradition of hosting this event, given that the area attracts a variety of wildlife enthusiasts including artists, writers, photographers, and nature buffs.   Many of the country’s most noted wildlife artists will participate in the event, providing an eclectic mixture of wildlife and natural subjects.  While the primary focus of the show is North American mammals, the show will also include works depicting a variety  of species from around the world

Wildlife art continues to be one of the most collected genres of art in the country.  With the heightened awareness of climate change and fragile ecosystems, the genre has taken on a whole new dimension, as the artists strive not only to create an esthetically pleasing image, but to have it serve as an educational tool to bring more awareness to preservation.

Participating Artists:  Mick Doellinger,  Mikel Donahue, J.C. Dye, Veryl Goodnight,  Ron Kingswood,   Bruce Lawes, Shawn Gould, Bonnie Marris, Ralph Oberg,  Stefan Savides, Lindsay Scott, John and Suzie Seerey-Lester, Kyle Sims,  Adam Smith, Margery Torrey, Ezra Tucker, Kent Ullberg, Dustin Van Wechel, Sarah Woods.
